The activity of selection and evaluation plays an important role in business management. The method of this activity is a process in which the critics based on the criterions gain the evaluated objects a suitable score. The purpose of the selection is to make ranking for all evaluated objects according to the obtained score, while the purpose of the evaluation is to employ an appropriate linguistic value for representing the score of the evaluated objects. In this paper, we will integrate two major activities, selection and evaluation, into a single model in which users can effectively perform the activities of selection and evaluation. In this integrated model, we consider the problems of weighting proposed by critics, as well as the methods of hereogeneous value of criterion based on different critics. Moreover, we propose a method in which the result of selection can be transferred to the linguistic value. In addition, we adopted the theory of the fuzzy Max and fuzzy Min proposed by Chen and Hwang[1992]. In the rank aspect of this theory, we use the X axis to be the pointer of the linguistic value rather than the Y axis. Besides, we propose a method that efficiently transfers the result pointer of scale items to the relative address of linguistic value of object score.
