本文屬於探索性研究，以文獻探討與擬訂訪談方式，來探討國小學童對於網路智慧財產權的迷思概念，進以提供國小教師對於國小學童網路智慧財產權的教學策略，深耕學童對智慧財產權的認知。研究結果，除了文獻中5個與國小學童下載因素相符合外，另外從訪談中，得到2個新的學童最主要的下載因素，由此可以看出，因網路的開放與便捷，國小學童在網路下載與上傳已經是一種常態，學童下載動機主要是部落格的盛行、經濟方面的誘因、尋求同儕間的認同感、追求流行的趨勢，以及對於網路智慧財產權認知的不足，而導致學童在無形之中違反網路智慧財產權，因此在導正學童落實智慧財產權的保護，除了檢視商品合理的販賣價格外，加強學童人際關係正確導向，宣導部落格真正的核心價值，落實學童保護智慧財產權的教育與觀念是有其必要的。

This research belongs to exploratory research which exploring elementary school children’s myth of intellectual property right by literature review and in-depth interviews to provide elementary school teachers the teaching strategies of children’s internet intellectual property right education and cultivate children’s recognition about intellectual property right. The result shows that there are five factors in the literature review correspond to elementary school children’s download factors. Through the interview, the researcher found two new factors which are main factors to children’s download behavior. Furthermore, through the teaching of the researcher, children had in-depth understanding about the concepts of intellectual property right and had positive effect of maintaining intellectual property right though case method and cartoon teaching method .This research also indicates that elementary school children’s download and upload behavior is normality. The motivations of children’s download behavior are the popularity of blogs, economic incentives, seeking the identification from peers, pursuing the trend and the insufficient knowledge of intellectual property right. Because of these motivations, elementary school children against the intellectual property right unconsciously.
