Examinations are one of the most important parts of teaching activities in university. However, most teachers and students only value the scores and take them as the basis to level students’ achievement, neglecting that there are so many useful information revealed. The goal of the research is to apply S-P chart analysis theory in Calculus and to investigate how teachers carrying the theory into execution like teaching, testing and learning counseling. S-P chart analysis theory is a practical analysis tool for teaching Calculus. It helps teachers to tell whether the items at low achievement need to be taught again or not. According to the data from the S-P chart analysis theory can point out the learning characteristics of students and to explore feasible ways to learn counseling. So, it is necessary for adjustment of teaching and increase on student&;#39;s weaknesses to look for an objective and effective way that can analyze students’ learning conditions. To help the teachers’ to prepare an effective remedy course in Calculus, it is needed to design a systematic way to recognize understanding of students’ about their learning topics. In this thesis, S-P chart is used to accomplish this purpose and the outcome can help the teacher a lot.
