本研究主要以服務創新概念架構,將個案建設公司之健康住宅服務創
新專案以空氣、衛生健康、水、空間、光及音等環境的六項因素導入健康
住宅服務創新的專案探討,分別在「服務創新設計」及「服務創新執行」
等兩項服務創新階段進行研究,其結果證實,在服務創新設計過程中,服
務定義與合作網絡之間產生的反覆流程,是在合作網絡的價值鏈上所發生
的調整與談判所形成一種動態配適,因此,個案公司在合作網絡的動態流
程需衡量風險承擔與價值創新;另外也證實,經過服務創新設計與服務創
新執行後,在服務系統的創造及服務傳遞的過程中同時平衡承擔風險與價
值創新。個案建設公司除了掌握顧客需求外更需衡量企業自身的核心能
力,整合上下游廠商資源,並創新技術能力,在顧客拉動與服務提供者策
略性的配合,創造出更有效率的價值創新。
The research mainly uses a conceptual framework of service innovation to explore the service innovation projects in healthy building for a case building company including six factors: air, sanitation and hygiene, water, space, light and sound. The proposed framework has two main phases: service innovation design and service innovation implementation to proceed with the case study. The results shows the iterative process between service definition and collaborative network in the stage of service innovation design which happens the alignments and negotiations in the value chain of collaborative network to form a dynamic fit. Therefore, the case building company needs to make a trade-off between risk sharing and value creation;Besides, after service innovation design and service innovation implementation, the procedure of the creation of service system and the delivery of service has simultaneously balanced risk sharing and value creation. The case building company needs except to hold customer’s demand, and even more to assess its own core competence for integrating the resources of upper-stream and down-stream firms to innovate technological abilities. With strategic alignments of customer’s driven and service suppliers, the case building company has produced more efficient value creation.
