臺灣經濟發展以來,高科技產業一直被視為經濟成長的核心,因產業的工作特性及為了增加產業及企業的競爭力,使得此領域之人員飽受極高的壓力,2010年五月中發生了富士康事件,工作生活平衡之議題再度被熱烈關注,當人員工作生活平衡程度低時,會導致工作績效降低,進而影響企業整體的競爭力。而不同之人格特質對工作壓力與工作生活平衡有不同的解釋力與因應。本研究目的為探討內外控人格特質對工作壓力和工作與生活平衡之影響以及工作壓力對工作生活平衡之影響。

本研究採問卷調查方式,問卷共發出380份,回收問卷共323份,扣除無效問卷完,有效問卷為304份,問卷有效率為94%。經統計分析後,研究結果顯示:
壹、內外控人格特質可有效預測工作壓力及工作生活平衡。
貳、工作壓力對內外控人格特質與工作生活平衡程之間之關係具有部份中介效果。


High-tech industry has been regarded as the important core in Taiwan. Because the High-tech industry’s characteristics and in order to increase the competitiveness of industries and enterprises, making High-tech industry employee working under high stress. In May 2010 Foxconn event happened, Work-life balance is becoming a hot issue again. When the employee have low level of work life balance, they will have poor work performance and affect the competitiveness of enterprises. And different personality have different interpretation and response towards pressure and balance of work and life. This research aims to investigate the effect of job stress and effect of locus of control towards the balance between work and life.
This study adopts questionnaire survey to collect samples. The questionnaire send out 380, receive 323, and it amounts to 304, the rate of recovery is about 94%. After statistical analysis, we discover something: (1) Locus of control personality traits can predict work stress and work-life balance; (2) Work stress can Mediating Effects the control of the personality and work-life balance.
