In this paper, we study combination of LCL and NNR.We propose
two new cryptosystem that one can transform one plaintext(
integer) to different ciphertexts(integer) nondeterministicly at
different times and other one can tranform one plaintext(s-tuple
vector) to different ciphertexts(t-tuple vector)
nondeterministicly at different times. The properties of
nondetermination come from the usage of nondeterministic number
representation (NNR) system. Combined with a LCL system, we
propose two new cryptoscheme."One to many" is most important
property of nondetermination, makes the guess of plaintext more
difficult, hence enforces the security.
