Many research found that power as a means to make both ourselves and our organizations more effective and successful now, so it’s very important to understand how power dynamics affect organizations, and perhaps even more critical to understand the problems and potential in managing power.

Moreover, the above issue shared the same value with a Chinese novel “Empresses in the Palace” which describe a women use power strategies and tactics from nobody to somebody in a palace. This research plan use text analysis method to analyses this case with integration concept.

Finally, this research found out that in order to building power fundament, organizational members try to get the critical recourses to create network position. Secondly, organizational members integrate ability have to depend on environmental change; otherwise may be lose power.
