在競爭激烈的全球市場中,會使零售商在供應鏈中做有效的整合與協調。當中,在集中式的零售通路有許多的策略,像是購回合約(Buy Back Contracts, BB)、快速反應(Quick Response, QR)、供應商管理庫存(Vendor Manage Inventory, VMI),都適於減少庫存。而在分散式零售通路中,營收分享(Revenue Sharing, RS)、數量折扣(Quantities Discount, QD),經常在通路中做協調,根據很多的文獻通常都是單獨的應用營收分享、數量折扣,但是從來沒有同時應用營收分享與數量折扣的通路協調機制來獲取整體供應鏈的利潤。因此,本研究發展出數學式模型,在供應鏈中結合營收分享與數量折扣來做協調,得出同時使用兩種策略的效果。而最佳的折扣率將會受到營收分享比例的影響。會在提出的模型中,來確定最佳的折扣率。結果顯示,在通路中零售商使用營收分享與增額型數量折扣(all-unit quantity discount, AQD)時,供應商方面提供折扣比例為0.2給予零售商,零售商提供營收分享比例0.5給予供應商,則零售商會獲得較多的利潤。
The competition in the global market has forced retailers to effectively integrate and collaborate supply chain. Many strategies such as Buy Back (BB), Quick Response (QR), and Vendor Manage Inventory (VMI) are adapted to reduce inventory in a centralized retail network. For a decentralized retail network. Revenue Sharing (RS) and Quantities Discount (QD) are usually applied separately but never together to gain more profits in the supply chain. Hence, this research develops mathematical models with coordination of RS and QD to understand the effect of using both strategies in the supply chain. Optimal discount rate which will be affected by revenue sharing percentage is determined using the proposed models.The results show the retailer will obtain more profit when supply chain using revenue sharing and quantities discount (AQD) strategy. If the supplier offer 80% off discount to retailer, and retailer offer 50% revenue sharing to supplier.
