摘要
本篇論文提出轉子軸承系統軸承參數的估計方法,所考慮的系統是由撓性軸、剛性圓盤、以及線性軸承所組成,特別的是撓性軸之圓截面積是可沿著軸向分段改變。隨著撓性軸可獲得資訊不同,軸承參數之估計方法亦有不同,本篇論文針對:(1)撓性軸相鄰支撐部分之軸元素參數全部已知;(2)撓性軸相鄰支撐部分軸元素之剛性未知,其餘已知,分二種情況分別加以討論,除此之外也考慮量測誤差對參數估計的影響。本篇論文最主要特色是只需量測單一旋轉速度的響應,且不需要量測系統激振力,即可估計軸承的八個參數。本篇論文包含了有限元素模型理論、軸承參數之估計方法、以及數值模擬三大部分。

ABSTRACT
This research presents a new method based on the finite element model for estimating linearized characteristics of bearings in rotor-bearing systems including the flexible shaft, which may be changed stepwise along the axial direction, rigid disks, and linearized bearings. The method is dependent on the information about the shaft elements which connect to the estimated bearing. In this research, we discussed two cases (1) the characteristics of the shaft elements in the vicinity of the supports are known (2) the rigidities of the shaft elements in the vicinity of the supports are unknown, and the other known. Besides, we also considered about the effect of measurement errors on parameter estimation. The main feature of this estimating technique is that it can estimate the eight parameters of bearings simultaneously at one spin speed, and need not measure the external input force. In this research, the finite element model is presented together with parameter estimation of bearings and numerical simulation.
