Nowadays with the rapid progress of globalization and technology, the use and implementation of ERP systems is the norm for enterprises; however, organizational assimilation will influence the depth of new system implementation. Therefore, how to promote the organizational or induvial assimilation of ERP system is the important topic for enterprises. But most projects of ERP system implementation are not as expected. So based on the social network theory, this study attempt to discuss whether the network centrality and structural hole of advice network will affect project participation or not; then affect information system successful implementation and organizational assimilation. This study find out some relational references and theories to support each of constructs and develop the research model.

This study is based on the ERP system implementation project in the TSC Company, and use the analysis software such as UCINET6, SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS 3 to analyze the data. Our results show that network centrality and structural hole affect the project participation and project participation influence system implementation and assimilation indeed. Company can spread the knowledge and resources of the system through network relationship and then positively affect the project participation. Then Project participation can promote the efficiency of the system implementation and successful assimilation.
