隨著科技不斷的創新與資產設備投資相當的昂貴,產品公司將重心移轉至產品的設計與品牌的經營,形成目前全球專業分工的營運模式。產品的製造下單於產能服務廠商,接受其所給予的高品質代工服務,考慮到產能供應的品質與穩定性,大多委託給兩個或多個製造服務廠商,期望能爭取產能服務的時效與降低商機損失的風險。本文定義提供產能進行代工服務為一寡佔市場,以賽局理論分析在考量了產品公司的需求配給的思維後,雙佔產能服務廠商的產能競爭行為,並證明產品公司可透過需求配給機制的設立,提升產能服務廠商產能競爭的強度,進而得到更充裕的產能供應。由於雙重供應來源可提高產能供應的及時性與穩定性,因此需求配給機制的設立必須考慮到產業組織型態的維持。過度的配給調整,可能造成某一廠商經營上的困難,寧可退出市場或是尋找其他客戶,反而使產品公司陷入困境,因此本文為產品公司設計一個最有利的需求配給策略。
Work division in global manufacturing services nowadays necessitates the consideration of quality and stability of capacity supply. Dual or multiple sourcing is used in order to reduce the shock brought about by uncertain events. This study refers to manufacturing service firm as a duopoly industry. Competitive strategy analysis of duopoly manufacturing service firms is made under the consideration of product firms demand allocation point of view.
It is shown that, by setting the demand allocation policy, product firms can raise the coordinated source of capacity. Dual sourcing can increase timely and stable high level of capacity supply. Furthermore demand allocation policies must consider maintaining the type of industrial organization. Adjusting the demand allocation too much will make it difficult for firm’s survival. Therefore, a most favorable demand allocation policy for product firm is designed.
