本研究主要是以A公司的電鍍製程為例,經由目標生產速率(Target Production Rate)、目標良率(Target Yield)控制變數,分析影響ramp-up過程之因素,求出最佳良率與最佳產出目標的生產組合,使量產加速。
透過微分方程模組建立,運用系統動態學求出多個柏拉圖最佳解(Pareto Optimum),再以分析層級程序法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)分析出最佳解的優先順序。
最後分析出三個方案,分別以利潤、產出和良率為最大值之方案,藉由系統動態模擬求出多目標最佳解與AHP分析,使生產計劃者在做決策時,列為優先考慮之方向,以加速ramp-up過程。
This research mainly is by A Corporation''s plating process as the object, Affiliation by target production rate and target yield t control variable for the production system, the analysis affects factor of one by one the ramp-up process. Extracts optimization is yield rate with throughput the goal of the production combination, causes the quantity to produce the acceleration.
The differential equations model establishment, extracts many Pareto optimum solutions using the system dynamic method, again AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analyze the optimization solution the case of priority.
Finally analyzes three cases, Respectively take the profit, throughput with is yield rate case of as the maximum value, the affiliation extracts the multi- goals optimization solution and the AHP analysis by the system dynamic simulation, causes the productive plan when makes the decision-making, lists as direction of the first consideration, accelerates the ramp-up process.
