傳統的市場機制提供相應的供給者與需求者雙方機會,為尋求彼此都可以接受的成交內容而協商﹔而目前有關代理基礎虛擬市場機制的研究,則是企圖將現實世界中的市場機制轉移到虛擬世界中,並充分利用資訊科技搜尋快速﹑與自動化溝通協商的能力,使市場的功能得以在虛擬世界中更充分地發揮。
本研究以虛擬市場裡原料的供給者與產品的需求者為考量,並以核心能力的擁有者能夠將供應者的原料轉換成需求者的產品為前提,進而引入「業務代理人」的觀念-對於原料的供給者與產品的需求者而言,兩者的撮合必須建立在撮合者擁有核心能力可以將原料轉換成產品的前提上,撮合才有意義﹔因此,這些呈現在虛擬市場中﹑卻無法直接協商交易的供給與需求,正是核心能力之擁有者得以發揮能力的機會,也是其藉以獲利的機會(亦即「商機」)。藉由業務代理人自動化搜尋並撮合這些供給與需求,核心能力的擁有者除了可因此而獲利以外,還可以降低搜尋成本以及與對手溝通協商的成本。
本研究以代理基礎之虛擬市場作為業務代理人的運作環境,除了介紹經營者如何以業務代理人規劃其附加價值活動的模式以外﹑也探討業務代理人的工作流程﹑定價決策模式,以期達到「利基定價」﹑與「即時購買」的目標,最後再以實作的系統來揭櫫業務代理人經營動態商業的可行性,並提出在建構業務代理人模型時若干可供後續研究的相關議題。
Traditional market mechanism provides relative suppliers and demanders with opportunities to negotiate with each other in order to make good deals; and current researches relating to agent-based virtual marketplace are generally about transferring market mechanism from real world to virtual one, which can fully utilize the quick-searching and automatical-negotiation availability of information technology.
This study takes suppliers'' inputs and demanders'' outputs for consideration, and supposes that a broker between the specific inputs and outputs owns the ability to transform the former ones into the later ones, wherefore we introduce the concept of "Business Agent"-with the broker''s core technology, a brokerage between the supplier and the demander becomes meaningful, which also implies the broker''s business opportunities; and with the help of the business agent, it becomes much easier for a broker to find out the business opportunities automatically and even grasp them as well as lower the cost of search and negotiation.
The business agent in this thesis is based on the agent-based virtual marketplace environment. Besides introducing the way of modeling value-added activities by the use of business agent, the study also discusses the workflow﹑and the pricing strategy which follows the "Just-in-Time Purchase" and "Profit-based Pricing" principles. Finally, this paper proves the feasibility of running dynamic business and suggests some open questions for future work.
