在競爭激烈的環境下企業已無法憑藉自身的力量於產業市場上單打獨鬥,其必須與上、中、下游廠商合作取得重要的知識與技術以提升產業競爭優勢,因此企業與供應商的關係必須要緊密的聯繫,朝有效運用關鍵供應商整合能力方向前進,進而強化供應商全面品質管理能力以提升事業績效以增強產業競爭力。故本研究將探討關鍵供應商整合、全面品質管理活動對事業績效影響關係之研究,採用問卷調查法,以個案塑膠成型公司之所有供應廠商為研究對象,資料以統計方法進行分析,其研究結果顯示如下:
1. 全面品質管理活動對事業績效有顯著正向影響。
2. 硬性品質管理活動對事業績效有顯著正向影響。
3. 軟性品質管理活動對事業績效有顯著正向影響。
4. 關鍵供應商整合對事業績效有顯著正向

In a highly competitive environment, enterprises can no longer rely on their own strength to fight alone in the industrial market. They must cooperate with upstream, middle and downstream manufacturers to acquire important knowledge and technology to enhance their competitive advantages. Therefore, the relationship between enterprises and suppliers It is necessary to make close contact and move forward in the effective use of key supplier integration capabilities, thereby strengthening the supplier's overall quality management capabilities to enhance business performance and enhance industrial competitiveness. Therefore, this study will explore the relationship between key supplier integration and overall quality management activities on business performance. The questionnaire survey method is used to study all suppliers of case plastic molding companies, and the data are analyzed by statistical methods. The display is as follows: 1. Total quality management activities have a significant positive impact on business performance. 2. Hard quality management activities have a significant positive impact on business performance. 3. Soft quality management activities have a significant positive impact on business performance. 4. Key supplier integration has a significant positive impact on business performance.
