伴隨著無線網路技術逐漸成熟,搭載著新一代作業系統,Android與iOS的智慧型手機的效能亦越來越好。電信業者與服務提供者隨即提供多元化的行動服務,讓台灣正式走入行動商務的時代。近年來台灣的飲料業蓬勃發展,連鎖加盟的品牌也逐漸增加。夏日消暑,人手飲料一杯的情況司空見慣。為方便消費者,店家提供飲料訂購外送之服務,讓消費者運用電話訂購的方式訂購飲料。但電話訂購容易造成訂購數量或品項錯誤之問題,讓店家需向消費者再三確認,費時又費力。本研究為改善餐飲訂購流程,將訂購流程電子化以降低訂購時的錯誤率與時間花費。主要將系統建置於行動服務平台,運用此平台結合即時通訊技術取代電話訂購,以平台做為消費者與店家間溝通的橋梁,完成訂購外送服務。並依循行動商務價值鏈模式,以適地性服務(LBS)與區域性商品搜尋(PLS)的概念建構系統,運用便利的服務吸引消費者,為店家創造更多的商機。
With the mature of the wireless technology and new generational operating system, Android and iOS, the efficiency of the smart phone has become better and better. Telecommunications provider and service provider start to provide variable mobile services for users. It means that the M-commerce generation is coming. The beverage industry becomes vigorous in recent years, the brain of the chain store increase gradually. In summer, almost everyone would buy a drink. For the convenience of the customers, the beverage stores provide delivery service to let customer use the phone to give an order. But giving an order by a phone call causes the mistake of quantity or item, so the worker of the store has to spend time on double checking. The research is trying to improve the process of the subscription with the technology in order to decrease the rate of mistake and the time of giving an order. The main point of the research is trying to develop a platform, which use the technology of the instant message to give an order instead of giving an order by a phone call, to let the store and the customer communicate with each other. With the concept of the value-chain of the M-commerce, the concept of the LBS and PLS is used to develop the system in order to attract the customer with the convenience service and help the store create more profit.
