接續不斷的酒後駕車案件，肇生不少憾事。引起社會大眾同聲撻伐，但酒駕肇事的例子仍然不斷在新聞媒體裡報導著。當與朋友相聚歡而喝了點酒後，請在出發前想想，如何使自己「平安」回家，同時也是維護別人的安全，否則付出的代價，常常不是酒後時的你所能想想的。酒後駕車問題在社會各界凝聚高度共識，營造反酒駕氛圍下，政府迅速修法、強力執行執法、宣導等防制工作下，酒駕死亡人數逐年降低，但是低點在哪裡?在政府大力整頓後，維持現有防制作為，成效能否持續再創新低。
本文從相關酒駕議題文獻資料，再佐以政府部門次級資料，包括我國酒後駕車酒精濃度標準、酒駕執法勤務規劃、酒駕防制策政、酒精濃度測試探討、政府修法歷程、執法作為、教育宣導等領域，藉以了解現行警察執法勤務規劃執行現況及政府防制酒駕措施，分析近年防制成效趨勢，了解近期有無趨緩情事。
同時從執法績效及酒駕肇事案件統計數據分析酒駕違規及肇事行為特性，檢討現行取締酒駕勤務有無再修正空間及必要，或者加碼其他酒駕防制措施及政策，把現行防制酒駕工作從治標導正為治本，確實根治我國酒駕問題。

This article from the related literature on drunk driving issues, and then subordinate data of government departments, including China''s drunk driving alcohol concentration standards, drunk driving law enforcement planning, drunk driving control policy, alcohol concentration test discussion, government revision process, law enforcement, education In the field of publicity and other fields, we can understand the current situation of the implementation of the current police law enforcement service plan and the government''s measures to prevent drunk driving, analyze the trend of prevention and effectiveness in recent years, and understand whether there is any slowdown in the near future.
At the same time, it analyzes the characteristics of drunk driving violations and anecdotes from the statistics of law enforcement performance and drunk driving accidents, reviews the current banned drunk driving services, and then corrects the space and necessity, or overweights other drunk driving measures and policies, and guides the current anti-drunk driving work from the standard.
