臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

隨著全球知識經濟的發展、兩性平權的觀念、產業結構的變遷、社會架構的變遷以及資訊科技的革新等，創業已經不是男性的專利，種種的改變讓女性擁有更好的創業機會與環境。過去女性勞動力往往被社會認定為補充勞動力，這些儼然已經改變了也因此女性創業之職能發展研究是必然需要的。
本研究結合產、官、學三方的專家學者的意見，利用德菲法在一個群體中尋求不同的專家意見，透過互動的形式、一系列結構化並具備資訊或意見回饋的詢問方式，而達成最後專家的共識。之後針對研究對象以層級分析法（Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP）評估不同創業職能指標的相對重要性，透過此研究，想要了解：
（ㄧ）提供女性創業者，於創業前必須具備或培養訓練職能之依據。
（二）女性創業者可以依據研究結論來培養職能，進而可以提高創業成功機率。
（三）可提供創業中之女性，職能加強培養的依據。
其就整體研究而言，「人與人之間的瞭解能力」、「對於周遭的關係建立」、「對於任何事物的分析思考概念思考能力」是位居前三名。

Along with the whole world knowledge economy development, the amphoteric equal rights idea, the industrial structure vicissitude, the social construction vicissitude as well as the information science and technology innovation and so on, the imbark was already not the masculine patent, all sorts of changes let the female have the better imbark opportunity and the environment.In the past the feminine labor force often by the society was recognized is the supplement labor force, these just like already changed therefore also the competency ans of women innovatio and entrepreneurship was the inevitable need.
This research union produces, the official, studies the tripartite experts' opinion, uses the Durfee law to seek the different expert advice in community, the penetration interaction form, a series of structurizations and has the information or the opinion back coupling interrogation mode, but achieves the final expert's mutual recognition.Afterwards aims at the object of study by the level analytic method (Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP) appraised the different imbark function target the relative importance, penetrates this research, the wish understood:
(1) provides the feminine pioneer, must have or basis of the raise training function before the imbark.
(2) feminine pioneer may raise the competency based on innovatio and entrepreneurship, then may enhance starts an undertaking the successful probability.
(3) may provide in the imbark the female, the competency enhancement raise basis.
It speaking of whole research, “between the human and human's understanding ability”, “regarding all around relational establishment”, “regarding any thing analysis ponder concept pondered ability” is situated first three.
