本文研究的主要目的就是在於檢驗網路鬆綁是否對國小害羞兒童具有輔導作用,以了解其對國小害羞兒童之害羞程度、生活適應與人際關係的立即性與延後性輔導效果。
本研究採用前測、後測以及延後測驗之實驗設計,將42位受試者依照害羞表前測所得分數高低選取,分為實驗組和控制組各為21個學童。實驗組進行六周在線輔導,而控制組則不接受任何實驗處理,在實驗結束後進行後測,四周後進行延後測驗。研究使用的量表工具有「害羞量表」、「生活適應量表」以及「人際關係量表」三種,所得資料以母數統計法之獨立樣本單因數共變數分析方式進行統計考驗分析,以考驗研究假設。依據研究結果與發現,獲知以下結論:
一、網路去抑制讓害羞兒童不再害怕逃避與人交談
二、網路上的即時互動有助於改善害羞兒童人際關係。
三、網路即時互動對改善兒童生活適應沒有幫助。
最後,根據研究發現與結論提出建議,以供未來研究的參考。

The main purpose of this study is to test whether the network relaxation of shy children in elementary school has a guidance role to understand its effects on children of small shy shy degree and life and relationships to adapt to the immediate and delayed effects of counseling.
In this study, the pretest, posttest and delayed test experimental design, 42 subjects were in accordance with the table of points shy level selection, divided into experimental and control group was 21 students. Experimental group for six weeks, counseling, and the control group did not receive any experimental treatment, after four weeks delay in the experimental test. Use the scale tool to study the "shy Scale", "Life Adjustment Scale" and "Human Relations Scale" three kinds of information available to parametric statistical method of independent samples ANCOVA test of statistical analysis methods to test research hypotheses. Based on the results and findings, told the following conclusions:
1.the Online Disinhibition Effect on the degree of shyness shy children have immediate and delayed effects of counseling.
2.the Online Disinhibition Effect on the life adjustment of shy children do not have the immediate and delayed effects of counseling.
