本研究針對國內某上市電子公司應收帳款及授信政策作為研究對象,挑選自2008年1月到2013年3月連續63個月,有與該公司進行交易且為?銷之客戶,以敘述統計方式分析應收帳款收款率及應收帳款加權平均週轉天期的差異。為取得計算應收帳款收款率及應收帳款加權平均收款週轉天期的樣本數及資料,需從公司的客戶基本資料表、客戶每月銷售統計報表、客戶每月到期應收帳款報表分別整理後再將當月到期應收帳款、當月?銷總額、當月收款金額、應收帳款天期各自比對至客戶群組下,將月資料彙總成年資料後,始得進行差異分析比較。
由實證結果中得知,該公司的交易型態有99%為?銷,應收帳款加權平均週轉天期的長短,主要還是受限於大客戶多數集中在外銷群組上,導致加權平均週轉天期的合計平均數與外銷群組約當,故公司若是希望再加速現金流量的流入,應由改善外銷群組中收款天期開始著手,對於新客戶的?銷交易,在初期即應給予越短的天期限制,讓公司在應收帳款收款天期上能事先取得優勢。應收帳款收款率部分在排除因自身產品瑕疪因素而造成收款率偏低的原因後,發現中國大陸客戶因付款習慣不佳,故意延付造成收款率偏低,以及外銷群組客戶,一但景氣波動大時,外銷群組的客戶易受影響,都應持續加強監控。
彙總應收帳款收款率及應收帳款加權平均週轉天期的結論後,進行檢討授信政策,發現除了傳統的5C,應加強與客戶交易後之應收帳款管理,因此提出建議修正公司的信用評等表及授信流程,建議徵信部門應定期進行統計應收帳款收款率進行分析檢討,公司在排除自身產品瑕疪後所造成之收款率偏低客戶後,其他收款率偏低之客戶,應立即進行信用評等或停止交易,以避免呆帳的發生,以及應定期檢討授信額度使用率低之客戶,應將有限的授信額度資源分配至有潛力之客戶上,以達到應收帳款控管的目的。
In this study, a listed electronics company for the domestic accounts receivable and credit policy as the research object,, in the period of consecutive 63 months from January 2008 to March 2013, a deal with the company's customers and sales to trade on credit terms, to analyze the accounts receivable collection rate and accounts receivable weighted average turnover days of differences were used Descriptive Statistics analyze. To obtain computing accounts receivable collection rate and accounts receivable weighted average receivables turnover days of the number of samples and information, were complied the month maturity accounts receivable, gross sales month trade on credit terms, due the month the amount receivable, accounts receivable days from the company's customers master data table, customers monthly sales balance report, due for monthly customers statements of accounts receivable, and compare to the customer group , then to be analyzed and compared.
The empirical results indicate that the company's trading patterns to trade on credit terms are 99% of credit sales, accounts receivable turnover days a weighted average of the length, main to large customers mostly concentrated in the export group, resulting in a weighted average the total average turnover days of the group with the export about when, so companies hope that it will accelerate the inflow of cash flows should be improved export group and began for new customers trade on credit terms transaction at an early stage should be given the shorter-day limit, so that the company accounts receivable collection days in advance of the advantage. Accounts receivable collection rate portion of exclusion due to their own product defects, caused by factors reasons for the low collection rate, we found that Chinese mainland customers due to poor payment habits, deliberately causing delays in paying the low collection rate, as well as export group of customers, when economic structure highly cyclical, effect export group customers, should continue to strengthen monitoring.
Summary accounts receivable collection rate and accounts receivable weighted average turnover day period after the conclusion of the credit policy review found that in addition to the traditional 5C, should be strengthened with the customer transaction accounts receivable management, and therefore recommend amendments the company's credit ratings and the credit flow path chart, the proposed credit departments should regularly analyze statistical review of accounts receivable collection rate, the company's own product defect after exclusion caused by the low receivable collection rate of customer, other low receivable collection rate of customer, credit ratings should be carried out immediately or cease trading, in order to avoid the occurrence of bad debts, and should regularly review the credit line utilized customers, the credit line should be allocation on potential customer, in order to achieve the purpose of control accounts receivable.
