為更完全探討產業,本研究透過供應鏈的管點來建立產業分析模式,來使此模式可用來分析不同的產業。此模式有基本的架構與內涵,並可因應不同產業之不同特性而可調整,以利於在進行產業分析時更容易探討產業狀況之核心。而本研究所提出之模式架構包含「產業目標」、「網絡結構」、「管理議題」、「外在變數」。本研究首先針對成衣與紡織產業上中下游進行「管理議題」與「外在變數」文獻進行探討,並設計進行專家訪談問卷。而專家訪談的對象為貿易商、成衣製造商和布商的管理階層,提出較為全面的觀點。經由訪談後除了可以修正訪談問卷外,更可以發現台灣紡織產業的現況與困境,本研究將針對困境予以建議。接著再發放專家郵
寄問卷給予紡織從業人員(發放200 份),透過回收之專家問卷(30 份)可以更周全瞭解我國紡織產業之現況與建議。而經由研究結果可以發現我國目前處於重視生產相關議之現況與困境,對於末端通路並無太多著墨。為擺脫此現象,本研究認為國內廠商需先進行資訊平台的整合與上下游廠商的緊密合作,並且透過發展品牌與製造業服務化來增加台灣紡織產業的競爭力。
For exploring industry comprehensively, our research wants to create an industrial andlysis model which could be used in every industry through supply chain viewpoint. The model needs to be indentified the framework and content when we create model, and it could be adjusted in different industry. Our model includes the objective of industry, network structure, management issue, outside variable. After model is created, author uses it to Taiwan’s textile industry. The first step is doing literature review to understand what content should be designed in expert’s interview questionnaire. And experts in interview questionnaire are trading company, garment manufacture and fabric agency, and all of them are manager. After interview, except revising questionnaire, author could discover the conditions and delimma for Taiwan’s textile industry. And then we send expert questionnaire to related staff in Taiwan’s textile industry (200 mails) and take 30 mails back. According recovered mails, author can find Taiwan’s textile company focus on manufacture related issues. To change Taiwan’s textile industry situation, author thinks do information platform integrated and supply chain members cooperated are priority step. And then developing brand and offering
value-added services increase Taiwan’s textiles industrial competitiveness.
