本研究將嘗試利用具有生物活性的脂質(酪梨油、乳油木果脂)及界面活性劑D-α-維生素E聚乙二醇琥珀酸酯製備形成功能性奈米載體。利用穿透式電子顯微鏡觀察酪梨油/乳油木果脂奈米載體之結構,證實酪梨油/乳油木果脂奈米載體之形成。再藉由動態光散射儀及黏度計進行酪梨油/乳油木果脂奈米載體的物化特徵分析,接著利用流變儀量測酪梨油/乳油木果脂奈米載體添加增稠劑之流變行為。
In this study, solid lipids shea and the liquid lipid avocado oil were combined with a bioactive surfactant TPGS to form nanoscale drug carriers. A transmission electron microscope (TEM) shows formation of the nanoscale colloids by materials mentioned above directly. Physical characteristics of nanocarriers were investigated by viscosity measurement, and rheometer.
