臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

科技業於國際間的競賽，比想像中還劇烈，由於在技術、價格、品質各層面上，大家均相差無幾，於是邁入比服務的速度，而企業e化的基礎平台為企業資源規劃（Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP），然而ERP系統係以流程為主及跨部門的軟體系統，若無高階主管支持，往往容易導入失敗，建置系統前，亦須執行流程再造。本研究係以個案研究方式探討國內發展的ERP系統，並參考個案公司導入ERP過程及其所遭遇方式及解決方法。本研究的目的有：一、探討導入企業資源規劃系統的適當時機。二、研究導入過程的執行步驟。三、評估導入企業資源規劃系統的成本與效益。此研究結果可提供企業界欲導入國內ERP系統時，可能會面臨的問題、決策考慮的過程及其因素，以決定是否適宜導入ERP決策的參考。

The competition between the international hi-tech industry is more rigid than we can image. Due to the little difference in technology, pricing and quality layer, the competition is go for the speed of service providing. The infrastruture for an enterprise computerizing is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP）, However, the ERP is a procedure-base and cross-department system, if it did not get the support from high-level management, it is easy to get fail. Even before the system installation, the enterprise engineering is necessary. The thesis is a case-study to survey the development of the Taiwan ERP system, and also to study the problem and solution the company took.The purposes of the study are:1. The proper timing to conduct the ERP system.2. The execution procedures to conduct the ERP.3. The evaluation of a cost effective for enterprise to conduct the ERP system.The result of the research can provide references for the problems, and decision making procedures, and other factors an enterprise may encounter in implementing the ERP.
