This study examined the influence of personality traits and training on cross cultural adjustment and performance of expatriates in Taiwan. This study has conducted using data collection of 150 expatriates in the Taiwan. The data were analyzed with both SPSS and IBM AMOS version 21 statistical software packages. The findings shown there is significant direct relation between personality traits and cross cultural adjustment. It was found that the cross – cultural adjustment have influenced on expatriates’ performance positively. The researchers found the positive role of cross cultural adjustment as a mediator effect between personality traits and expatriate performance.
