The research is to discuss The Correlation Analysis of The Relationship Between Fertility Rate, Female Employment Rate, Average Wage and Child Care Subsidy. Furthermore, to expect the study presents for employees, companies and government specific recommendations for improvement, be able to have a modest contribution on broadening our work towards gender equality. The research data is using to be based on government within nearly 30 years (1984 to 2013) of secondary data, focus on Taiwan female for the study, using of Pearson Correction, Analysis of Variance, Independent Samples Correlation with variable correlation and significant differences.
The findings of the thesis can be summarized as follows: 1. The “fertility rate” impacts “female employment rate” positively. 2. The “fertility rate” impacts “average wage” positively. 3. The “child care subsidy” impacts “female employment rate” positively. 4. The “child care subsidy” impacts “average wage” positively.
