摘要：本研究目的為研發脊髓損傷者適用之「運動休閒單車輪椅」，亦即結合輪椅與單車，並同時兼具室內與戶外休閒活動使用取向之概念進行創新研發，期望此產品具有戶外休閒使用之便利性及提升使用者關節活動量之功效。考量使用的方便性，輪椅與單車兩部份能藉由簡單的操作即能快速分離或組裝。設計上的第一項創新為將休閒單車的前岔系統連結至輪椅，並藉由摺疊鎖來固定單車與輪椅。此設計不僅能方便拆卸分離輪椅與單車兩部份，且於輪椅與單車兩部份分離後，休閒單車仍保有功能；第二項創新為將輪椅的腿部支撐板加長，提升乘坐者小腿穩定性，並將足部置放處設計成關節運動器，可透過被動活動的方式來帶動下肢關節運動。在其他設計部份，將輪椅前端輪子尺寸加大，並於手把、椅墊、輪椅扶手及背靠等改良設計，更能合乎脊髓損傷者之使用需求。

Abstract: The aim of this study is to develop a "sports and leisure hybrid bicycle wheelchair" for spinal cord injury. That is, to carry out innovative research and development by combining wheelchair with bicycle suitable for both indoor and outdoor leisure activities. It is expected that this product will have the convenience of outdoor leisure and increase the user's joint activity of lower limbs. Considering the ease of use, the units of wheelchair and bicycle can be quickly disassembled or assembled by simple operation. The first innovation in the design is to link the forklift system to the wheelchair and fix the bicycle unit and the wheelchair unit by folding the lock. This design is not only to disassemble it easily in two separate parts, but the bicycle still retains the function after separation; the second innovation is the lengthened wheelchair leg support plate to enhance the leg stability, and we add the leg trainer device to enhance the lower limb joint movement in a passive way. In addition, the diameter of the front wheels of the wheelchair increases and we make some improvements in the handle, cushions, wheelchair handrails and back. These designs make the sports and leisure hybrid bicycle wheelchair more suitable for those with spinal cord injury.
