This article is a study on practical problem in Forest Low of
R. O.C. based on resources protection point. This author also
take comparation method to analyze the characters of forest
laws of various nations. include Germany, Austria, Suitzerland,
France , Japan, Philippine, Mainland China and Russian. This
article also find out the truth in foundation and purpose of
forest law through case study. In conclusion, this article
point out follows key point of the forest law amendment which
would be keep up with the present time and tide.
(1)Redefinition the FOREST thhrough ecosystem management
concept. (2)Set up sustainable development code in order to
keep up with the article 18 of constitution amendment.
(3)Revise the article 8 in order to keep certain forest land.
(4)Establish the nature proteetion aera system. (5)Enforce the
forest policy article. (6)Set up the protective article for
endangered species and high or special priced trees. (7)Enfoce
the protection measures to enchance the function of protection
forest and revise penaal regulations. (8)Revise the
