隨著全球化趨勢的興起,台灣物流業也隨之進入多元化的競爭,除了滿足國內市場需求,同時要整合物流相關作業,提供創新且更有效率的國際物流業務,才能與其他國際大型物流業者互相抗衡。因此,本研究首先建立企業大型化的考量因素架構,包含五個構面、15項評估因素和二種方案,即聯盟與併購;第二,透過問卷調查產業界與學界等專家學者意見,利用模糊德爾菲法篩選構面與因素,並結合模糊層級分析法進行權重計算。研究結果顯示「市場構面」是最重要考量要素,顯示國內物流業者透過聯盟或併購,主要目的是為快速拓展市場,以及滿足顧客多元化需求;其他依序為「經濟構面」、「法律構面」、「作業構面」、「夥伴構面」。透過層級串聯後,總目標方案權重值分別為策略聯盟(0.526)和併購(0.474),結果顯示策略聯盟為國內較多數物流業者認可的擴展方案。同時,本研究亦提出國內物流業者透過聯盟或併購達成大型化的進行步驟,做為產業界的執行參考依據。
Since the 1990s, the trend of globalization has pushed Taiwanese logistics industry into a new era of competition. Besides meeting the needs of domestic market, the logistics industry has to expand the service areas and make integration with logistics-relevant operations, so that it can provide international logistics service against other international large-scale logistics corporations in an innovative and efficient way. Thus, in order to investigate the important factors for the enlargement, a hierarchical structure is established, including five dimensions, fifteen criteria and two alternatives. The strategic alliance and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) are identified as two feasible alternatives for an enterprise to enlarge its business domain. The survey is conducted through industry and academic experts. The Fuzzy Delphi Method is adopted to filter the unsuitable factors, and the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to calculate the weights for the factors. The results showed that the "market" is the most important dimension with largest weight. It indicates that the logistics industry join the alliances or mergers and acquisitions mainly to expand their markets quickly and meet the diversified needs of customers. The weight values for alternatives strategic alliance and M&A are 0.526 and 0.474, respectively. The results show that the logistics enterprises favor the strategic alliance more than M&A when they need to enlarge the business domain. Also, this study establishes a procedure for the logistics industry to adopt the strategic alliance or M&A in order to expand their logistics market.
