臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

近年來許多大大小小的工廠在環安管理方面上發生不少失控狀況，嚴重照成環境、人員、設備、財務等損失。失控的原因有：(1) 無相關管理標準、(2) 管理標準內容不適當、(3) 未落實該管理標準。為達成管理目的，可針對下列三項內容來設計管理系統：(1) 設定標準、(2) 確認標準內容正確、(3) 確保標準內容的落實。

在確認危害的存在、評估危害的程度及控制危害之必要性後，就必須建立一套安全管理的系統，在訂定安全管理的標準方面，需先符合法規性及道德性等相關的目的性規範，然而有了標準後，更須進一步確認相關的執行事項，並針對每條執行事項，建立符合相關工具性標準的標準作業程序以確保工作的落實。

本文主要為研究環安衛管理系統之建立並且網路化，步驟包括：(1) 設計規劃一套環安衛管理系統之標準、(2) 國內相關法規之收集、(3) 學習網頁軟體與資料庫管理：PHP、MySQL、(4) 事故案例收集與分析、(5) 建立管理系統資料庫。

本研究之成果：藉由軟體所建立之環安衛管理系統，可將工作周圍的環境與安全因素納入工具性標準中，讓工作者注意四週的環境安全，並給予有個良好的工作環境。透過網路管理方式可自由新增、刪除、更改、查詢等功能，可節省人力成本、減少資源的浪費。

Recently, it has caused a great loss to environments, people, equipment and money happened to be out of control state that are related to environmental and safety management. There are three reasons of getting out of control: (1) there is no relating management standards、(2) the contents of the standards were not suitable、(3) they were not carried out to the management criterion. In order to achieve the goal of the management, we consider three contents to be designed: (1) we must establish standards; (2) the contents of the standards must be accurate、(3) the contents can be accomplished thoroughly.

After confirming the harm existence, estimate harm degree and control the harm of determination, it has to build a set of safety management system. In the process of building safety management system standards, at first, it has to set up some standards that correspond with laws and moralities. Having these standards, we have to confirm some events that are related with executable items. Besides, these proceeding must tally with standard operation procedures of tool standard. Hope we can meet the goal of stander procedure and guarantee to carry it out within the following times.

The purpose of this study is to establish the network link that is related with the environmental and safety-related management system. The steps of this study include: (1) to establish a set of standard of the environmental and safety-related management system (2) to collect some standard statute of management system of environment and safety (3) to learn the management of internet software and database: PHP、MySQL (4) to analyze and collect some events of management. (5) to establish information database of management system.

The results of this study: with this software, it establishes environmental and safety-related management system; it brings instrumental standards into surrounding environment and safety considerations that allows workers to pay attention to the surrounding environment, safety, and provide a good working environment for workers. Through modern technology management, this event is used by PHP、MySQL to establish creation、deletion、alteration、inquiry and printing function in humane way, also to electrinize the environmental and safety-related management system. Furthermore, it will save labor costs, reduce waste of resources.
