Which concrete buildings and asphalt roads of heavy use, especially in the city, its occupied area is great, but the two materials compared with the soil of nature, a serious lack of water permeability, air permeability and the ability to adjust the heat, leading to the city temperature rises, rain stagnant water and other issues. So started studying both groundwater conservation, but also to improve the natural environment of permeable materials, was an important topic of the moment. This study used by the steel industry by-products after processing electric-arc furnaces slag as aggregate, to better reflect the cost, environmental protection and recycling of spirit. The cement market a wide range of different types of cement has its corresponding function, select the appropriate mix of types of electric arc furnace cement ballast, made of pervious concrete has practical value of this study to explore the key. This study uses four types of cement to study, were the Portland Cement type I、Portland Cement type II、high alumina cement and early strength cement. The results show that the pervious concrete made by using electric-erc furnace slag as aggregates with different types of use, results to differ materially. The high alumina cement and early strength cement are most prominent. common sense should be the strength of high alumina cement is higher than ordinary cement, and early strength of the early strength cement should higher than ordinary cement. But the study found that the two used in the pervious concrete made by using electric-erc furnace slag as aggregates, but ineffective. But the effect of Portland cement type I and Portland cement type II is much better than other cements. Which in high Void filled percentage ,the Compressive strength more than 21Mpa .
