近幾年來高科技產業的蓬勃發展,一直是推動地區經濟發展最重要的產業,在高度競爭的環境下,很多公司執行外包的策略對於本身的產品和服務來達到更好發展以此來提昇公司的核心競爭能力並增加自身的競爭優勢,但過去文獻中,探討外包與存貨相關的議題甚少,又由於高科技產業擁有著一個重要的特點就是部分零件會隨著時間降低它的價格,因此造就了研究價格變動以及外包的重要性。
本論文主要針對單一零售商探討在價格隨時間變動下,考慮不良品及不良品重工,並加入外包管理概念,建構出零售商最佳訂購策略之存貨模式。本研究模式建立以供應鏈存貨理論為基礎且利用數學軟體Maple 13、Excel 2007進行運算求解,以零售商單位時間總成本最小化為目標,從中找出最佳的訂購次數與訂購數量,並透過範例分析和敏感度分析來瞭解影響系統之關鍵參數及解釋說明此模式的合理性與可行性。


In recent years, the rapid development of high-tech industry has accelerated regional economic development. In a highly competitive environment, many companies consider outsourcing strategy in order to enhance the company's core competitiveness and increase their competitive advantage. However, very few studies explored the issues relating to outsourcing and inventory control. Moreover, high-tech products are characterized by a decrease offing items price over time. Therefore, this study considers price changes and outsourcing in an inventory problem.
We develop an optimal ordering inventory policy for a single retailer considering price changes for imperfect items with rework items, as well as employing outsourcing strategy. The inventory model is solved using Maple 13 and Excel 2007. The objective of the study is to find the optimal number of orders and optimal order quantity that would result in the minimum total cost for the retailer. A numerical example and sensitivity analysis are given to illustrate the changing effect in the key parameters of the model. A management insight is given to illustrate the significance of the study.
