臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

現在台灣營建業正處於低潮期，不景氣的經濟環境跟惡性競爭導致工程利潤的縮減，於是工地的開源節流就變成了一個重要的課題。然而營造工地因為利潤的縮減，常常導致人力的不足；而工地現場又是一個作業複雜、事務繁多的工作環境，要在有限的人力之下，達到有效率的成本控制，實屬不易。因此本研究應用條碼輸入技術、編碼技術、資料庫等方式，希望能夠減低現場監工人員的工作負擔，使其能專心控管施工，提高工程品質。
針對上述理念，本研究提出一個工地的條碼應用模式與工程編碼資料庫架構，針對工程情報進行蒐集，並加以分析。經由分析的資料，工程管理人員可以進行資源的調節，以達到控制成本的目標。

The present construction industry is losing its momentum. Very slow economic environment and bad competition among contractors have cut down the profit margin. It becomes imperative to save expenditure at construction job sites. Under the influence of such an unfavorable environment, the immediate cost control at the construction job sites is one of the key topics to be considered. In addition to the cost control, it is important to cut down man power in management staff. Computerization is the first step to save man power. However, a systematic approach should be adopted to gather cost information at the busy construction job sites so that comprehensive and accurate data can be obtained without interrupting its operation. To achieve such a goal, it is essential to have fast and accurate data input and a systematic operation procedure to satisfy the complex operation environment at the construction job sites. Thus, it is important to reduce typing input in document processing. One of the best methods to achieve this is to use non-keyboard input technologies. Barcode technology is one of the most convenient and efficient applications among them. The advantages of applying barcode input technology to cost control not only provide efficiency and accuracy to data input but also cause a very small cost increase to install it. Using the immediate control of on-site cost information, the management at the construction job sites can understand how the budget was carried out and the strategies on reducing cost overruns can be proposed..
