臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

有鑑於金融市場創新、國際化及自由化，面對國際市場的劇烈動盪，為強化金融業的競爭力，我國政府陸續通過「金融機構合併法」、「金融控股公司法」賦予金融業跨業整合的法源，然而，2008年美國次貸風暴引發的全球金融海嘯，導致全球經濟嚴重衰退。迫使美國聯準會開啟量化寬鬆政策救市，甚至歐、日央行進而實行負利率政策，以解決資金流動性不足的危機，卻仍對金融市場造成動盪，為金融機構帶來經營上相當的變數，因此金控公司為強化面對風險能力，促使 Basel III 問世，強化資本亦成為金控公司經營的重要課題，加上金融科技(FinTech)的興起，影響金控公司在成本管理及經營效率等要素的變革，亦成為營運績效的探討核心。
本文旨在探討全球金融海嘯發生至今，本國金融控股公司的經營績效因素分析，設定研究期間為民國96年至民國104年止，以本國金控公司為樣本，採美國評估銀行經營績效之CAMEL評等法中，放款品質、流動性、經營能力、資本充足性、成長性五大構面，去評估股東權益報酬率（ROE）及資產報酬率（ROA）之績效變數。本研究利用統計檢定，取出適合衡量金融控股公司經營績效的財務績效指標，並加以探討在全球金融海嘯發生後CAMEL五大構面有哪些因素會顯著影響金控之獲利性影響之大小及程度。最後利用研究結論比較金控公司在獲利因素上之程度以及可能造成的原因。本文實證結果顯示：
(1)、金融危機發生後至今，資產品質指標中備抵呆帳覆蓋率與獲利績效指標有正相關。(2)、管理能力指標中營業費用率、金融業務成本率與獲利績效指標有負相關，顯示降低營運成本及費用有利營運績效。(3)、流動性指標中總資產週轉率與獲利績效指標有正相關。
