Nowadays, service science literatures do not focus on service development systems, which involve situations, different aspects of the programming and the user-interface through the App design. If App developers can implement a comprehensive new service development system, then will be able to proceed from the perspective of the customer, to understand consumer needs and behavior, in order to solve the problem of high failure rate and can easily enter the booming market. This study based on Theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). That used to figure out what kind of variables that influence consumer to download the App and the theory tell us that if the device has more function than the user were more likely to acceptance so does the ease of use. The result of the survey give it a prove so this study will try to design a Coffee Mobile Phone App Demo called Cafair’ based on multifunction and ease of use in order to let App developer have a framework to follow.
