臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

表單簽核是企業內部高階主管眾多繁忙的工作之一，也是影響公司內部運作的重要流程，許多重要的文件若沒有高階主管的核准批示，就無法繼續往下進行，既而影響進度及運作。即時的簽核就等同於是即時的商機，因應行動通訊時代的來臨，必須透過行動簽核來達到更快速、有效率的簽核。本研究主要針對企業內部的簽核流程，透過行動通訊在任何時刻都可以取得企業內部各種重要資訊表單來進行簽核動作，並以服務導向架構為基礎結合Activiti企業流程管理引擎進行企業內部各系統與簽核系統間的整合，達到服務之再利用。透過本研究所建置的行動簽核平台系統，能幫助企業快速M化，有效減少整體簽核等待時間，以增加企業的競爭力。而藉由Google雲端訊息主動推播機制更改善了使用者回應與處理時效；此外，單一簽核介面也有效降低學習障礙。

Form signoff is one of the important tasks of many executives within the enterprise, which will affect the internal workflow of the company. Many process operations cannot proceed without some documents being approved and instructed timely by the executive. Instant signoff means instant business opportunities. In the era of mobile communications, mobile signoff is needed to achieve a more rapid and efficient approval. This study focused on the internal approval process, and based on service-oriented architecture (SOA) combining with Activiti business process management (BPM) engine for the integration of enterprise internal and signoff systems. The developed mobile signoff platform can help enterprise quickly mobilized, reuse services, effectively reduce the overall signoff waiting time and in turn increase its competitiveness. By realizing the active push mechanism of Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) the user response and handling efficiency is improved. Moreover, the single signoff interface obviously shortens the learning curve.
