臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

近年來，智慧手機的普及加上社群網絡媒體的帶動下，巨量資料分析成了相當熱門的話題。除了科技廠商紛紛加碼投資巨量分析產業外，許多的企業也開始投入金錢、人力著手評估巨量資料分析可以帶給企業的效益，其目的無非是希望藉由分析可以更進一步了解顧客；提昇交叉銷售成功率，進而產生企業利益。
越了解自己顧客的企業，越能在這競爭的環境中取得較佳的優勢。這就是新經濟最終的獲利模式，透過文字採礦技術來分析非結構化資料並結合企業內部結構化資料，從巨量資料分析平台中，找出顧客的生活型態及消費偏好。
要了解顧客的生活型態得先從資料的收集及有效的資料管理開始，資料有很多的來源，例如：帳單紀錄、申請表、電話紀錄、手機上網瀏覽行為。此一步驟稱為「資料處理與準備」。接下來，資料必須要分析、闡釋，將收集到的巨量資料進而轉換為訊息、知識，這就是「資料採礦及文字採礦分析」。
因此本論文將藉由實證分析，試圖找出企業利用巨量分析平台所能帶來的商業價值，透由整合企業內部資料與外部網站資料結合，找出顧客所感興趣的商品。

In recent years, big data has become a critical issue, driven by the popularity of smart phones and social media. Technology venders increase its investment in big data analysis industry. Besides, many companies began to invest money and human resource to estimate the benefit that big data can bring in. By analyzing the data from customers’ behavior to improve the hit rate of cross-sell and up-sell and generate more profits.
The company which understanding more own customers can take more advantages in the competition. By using text mining to analyze unstructured data and combing internal structured data in order to find out the lifestyle and preferences of customers from big data analysis platform.
We have to start from the data collection and data management in order to understand customers’ lifestyle. This step is called "data processing and preparation". There are many sources of data, for example: billing records, application forms, telephone records, mobile Internet browsing behavior. Next, we have to analyze and interpret data. The collected big data will be converted to information and knowledge, which is data mining and text mining analysis.
Therefore, this research tries to find out the business value by big data analysis platform. It is success to create new business income according to integrating internal and external data to find out customer preference.
