分散式控制是一種自動化製程控制中使用的方式,主要是將分散各地之設備狀態及其遙控監測,藉由網路通訊方式傳回主控制電腦做邏輯運算,使用此種方式可以大大減少控制電纜數目與安裝試俥時間。本論文利用西門子之PLC來規劃與設計建置場匯流排分散式I/O,然後架構在整台取煤機自動控制系統上,本論文所使用之場匯流排架構,現今已有許多工廠自動化使用此種技術,本論文將此種觀念引進取煤機械手臂控制中,得到許多效益,其中以縮短施工工期及節省材料、人工費用效果為顯著。老式的集中式架構控制不論施工工期,控制電纜使用數量,增加IO的彈性度皆遠不如場匯流排硬體架構,本論文中也提及使用圖控系統來驗證取煤機取煤控制流程的準確性。
Nowadays the distribution control system has frequently been applied to an automatic process control. It can monitor the status and remote control of the equipment which is distributed anywhere in the factory field. The design and implementation of distribution control system can reduce the most control cable numbers installation and commissioning time by this method. This thesis describes the advantages and implementation status of constructing the whole reclaimer automatic control with SIMENS S7-300 PLC Profibus/DP distributed IO configuration. This concept applys the fieldbus construction. There are many plants used this technology for automation. The robot control of reclaimer resulted from this concept. It can get many benefits which the most are reducing installation days and saving consumption of material and laborious work in this paper. The conventional centralized control system construction is less benefit than fieldbus hardware configuration in installation days ,control cables,and flexibility of increasing IO. The paper provides that accuracy of reclaimer reclaiming control flow procedures are approved by using SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)system.
