於2012初時, 公司希望本人可以提案，讓公司於2013年底業績成長20%的營收。 為了達成業績成長目標，本人先調查保險市場現況，找出未來商機。調查發現，台灣國民正處於少子化，老年化，因此未來退休型商品需求將大幅提升。為確保能搭上市場趨勢，本人重新檢視內部組織 ，商品及銷售團隊，並於本企劃書提出調整計畫。

In 2012, I was given the task of increasing the business’s total revenue by 20% for 2013. In order to achieve this, an investigation of the insurance market was conducted in order to discover future business opportunities. I have discovered that the demand for Retirement Products will increase dramatically in the future due to Taiwan’s aging population and low birth rate. Targeting at the retirement sector, I re-examine my company’s organizational structure, product portfolio and sale team, and here by propose my business plan for future changes.
