氣候變遷是重要的環境議題,且許多證據皆顯示和人類活動有關,目前環境友善行為是普遍被認為能減緩氣候變遷影響的關鍵,過去研究也致力於找出能夠促進此類行為的原因。而近年來有學者提出氣候變遷除了是一種環境問題,也是一種社會心理問題,已有一些研究顯示人們如何在心理上應對氣候變遷可能與心理健康及幸福感有關。氣候變遷的嚴重性及複雜性造成的心理壓力相關研究雖然已有些成果,但是多為西方研究,台灣目前較缺乏專注於這一主題的實證研究。本研究承接過去氣候變遷應對策略及行為研究之脈絡,透過心理健康與主觀幸福感的面向切入,試圖提出一個調節中介模型,以探討影響友善環境行為意圖的因素,並釐清民眾之心理歷程。
本研究採用問卷調查法進行,研究結果顯示,問題導向因應路徑不會藉由主觀幸福感中介,而是直接正向影響行為意圖;而情緒導向因應路徑則是對行為意圖有負向影響,並且會透過主觀幸福感的中介。調節效果的部分,結果顯示意義導向因應程度越高者,情緒導向因應策略對主觀幸福感並無顯著影響,而意義導向因應程度越低者,情緒導向因應程度則和主觀幸福感程度呈負面關係。
