卡爾・尼爾森(Carl Nielsen, 1865-1931) 為 19 世紀末至 20 世紀初丹麥重 要的作曲家，他的音樂風格，從初期受後浪漫影響，至後期新古典主義時期，充 分的展現個人風格特色;1921 年結識哥本哈根木管五重奏(Copenhagen Wind Quintet)，為他們寫了一首木管五重奏，也決定為每項樂器譜寫協奏曲;1928 年 完成《單簧管協奏曲，作品 57 號》(Concerto for Clarinet, Op. 57)，並題獻給當時哥本哈根木管五重奏單簧管樂手 Aage Oxenvad(1884-1944)。
本論文將針對尼爾森的作品《單簧管協奏曲，作品 57 號》之作曲家、樂曲 背景等做詳盡的探究，將內容分成五大部分作深入探討:第一章為緒論，包含研 究動機與目的及研究方法與範圍。第二章為文獻探討，主要談論作曲家尼爾森的 生平、音樂風格及樂曲創作背景。第三章與第四章為樂曲分析及樂曲詮釋，透過 曲式結構、調性與音階、力度與表情術語等音樂素材來作探討。第五章為結論， 希望透過此研究，能更加掌握尼爾森對此曲的創作元素，更理解他的想法，以忠 實地呈現作曲家所譜寫的音樂風格。

Carl Nielsen (1865-1931) is one of the most important composers from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century. His music styles ranged from Romanticism to Neo-classicism, developing his own music characteristic. When he met Copenhagen Wind Quintet in 1921, he decided to write a wind quintet piece for them and concertos for each of the members. In 1928, he completed the Concerto for Clarinet, Op. 57, dedicated to Aage Oxenvad (1884-1944).
The main focuses of this thesis are to study and to make an analysis and interpretation of Nielsen’s Concerto for Clarinet, Op. 57. There are five chapters in all. Chapter one defines the motivation, purposes, scope, and methods of this research. Chapter two focuses on Nielsen’s life, his music style, and the background of the concerto. The third chapter provides an analysis, and performance suggestions on the interpretation of this work include in chapter four. The final chapter is the conclusion. It is the writer’s goal to, through this research, provide a deeper understanding of Nielsen’s musical style, as well as the writing process of this piece and to generalize its respective characteristic.
