本文主要目的是結合紅外線熱影像以及數位影像相關法用以評估黏接之複合材料剪力試件之膠合強度。本研究利用應變指示計、位移感測器、加熱模組、熱影像機還有CCD攝影機，建立一套以穿透式加熱法為基礎之實驗系統。搭接之試片採用碳纖維複合材料。實驗包含平移測試以及拉伸實驗兩部分。
平移測試目的是找出適合處理熱影像之濾波器及後續之影像處理法；拉伸實驗目的在於比較紅外光實驗結果之準確性，評估不同本膠及固化劑比例之膠合強度。平移測試中，對熱影像做一次均值濾波，為了取特徵性最高之熱影像作分析，本文採用計算標準差的方式定量特徵性，平均標準差最高之熱影像為特徵性最高之熱影像，再平均熱影像以降低熱影像的雜訊，由實驗結果得知上述之影像處理法可以將誤差降低至0.6 pixel；拉伸實驗中，利用CCD攝影機以及熱影像機擷取並且分析五種膠合情形分別給定五種荷重之序列圖，由分析位移評估膠合比例為1之位移最低，其餘位移較高，由此可評估出膠合比例為1之膠合強度最高，其餘較低。

The purpose of this article is to combine infrared thermography and digital image correlation to evaluate the bonding strength of composite lap shear specimen. The experiment is consisted of transmissive step heating thermography system with thermal camera and CCD camera. The lap joint specimens were made of carbon fiber reinforced polymers. The experiment includes translation test and tensile test.
The purpose of the translate test is to establish appropriate procedure to process thermal images, and the tensile test is to compare the accuracy of the results, and to assess the bonding strength with different proportions of adhesive and hardener. After average filtering the thermal image, the most characteristic one was chosen by utilizing the standard deviation for image correlation. Further averaging consecutive five thermal images to reduce the noises. The test results show that the displacement error can be reduced to 0.6 pixel. Tensile tests of five ratios of glue to hardener under five different loads were captured by CCD camera and thermal camera and analyzed. The results show that ratio value of 1 has the smallest displacement as compared to other ratios, and has highest bonding strength.
