本研究主要探討傳統製造代工產業如何透過與客戶關係鑲嵌建構品質能力之提昇。本研究以A代工廠為研究對象,並使用單一個案研究方法,於2018年12月1日至2019年4月30日針對上述問題以訪談受訪者的方式進行質化研究分析。根據研究結果,本研究提出以下2個命題:一、與客戶關係鑲嵌對公司品質競爭優勢為正向影響。二、製程垂直整合會正向調節對客戶關係鑲嵌與公司品質競爭優勢之關係。
This study aims to investigate how to use supplier-customer relational embeddedness for building quality capabilities. This study uses A original equipment manufacturer a single-case study to analyze the primary data from interviewing the participants with research questions during a period from December 2018 to April 2019. Based on the results, this study proposes two propositions, as follows: First, supplier-customer relational embeddedness has a positive impact on a firm’s quality capabilities. Second, vertical integration of production processes positively moderates the relationship between supplier-customer relational embeddedness and a firm’s quality capabilities.
