臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究旨在探討金融機構為發展財富管理業務，在資源不足及建立良好業務系統部份，藉由深度訪談，了解財富管理業務之客戶端的需求及同業專業經理人之做法及建議，歸納整理出目前所存在之落差及改進之處，經由個案銀行主要收入來源業務(小額信貸、房屋貸款、企業貸款、財富管理)之經營績效評估，對四大業務提出資源重整，搭配人力資源、物力資源、財務資源、技術資源、行銷資源等五項資源，期能改善目前現況；整合深度訪談結果、整體資源重整及目前現行作法，最後對個案銀行建立新的財富管理業務系統提出三點建議：1.發展財富管理業務組織架構2.與各單位之互動網絡3.提供之商品與服務。

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the development of wealth management business in financial institutions. There is focus on how to construct the resource system in financial institutions. By using deeply-interview with customers and professional managers, this thesis combines the requirements and suggestions from those candidates and summarizes the existing deficiencies. Thereafter, the performance of the main revenue of banks (customer loan, mortgage, corporate loan, and wealth management) will be evaluated. The following is the resources redistribution in the above-mentioned four revenue origins of specific financial institution, accompanying with human resources, miscellaneous resources, financial resources, technical resources, and marketing resources to improve the nowadays application system in this specific financial institution. To consolidate the result of deeply-interview, the resources redistribution process, and the present situation, there are three suggestions to build new wealth management system: 1. to formulate the structure of wealth management business; 2. to construct the inter-action network between corporation units; 3. the supplements of products and the services for customers are added to new operation system.
