The study further discovers an effective strategy to achieve business sustainability consists of improvement on the following areas: Space & hardware, Employee benefits, Spatial flow of staff and customers, and refinement of food offering. This essay hopes to shed light on how restaurant owners could problem-solve issues encountered by those in the transitional phase of a business. This essay is unable to cover a fuller scope of marketing strategy due to size limitation, however further study can be undertaken particularly in the area of the impact of internet and the importance of information transparency.
