臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本文旨在探討全台灣地區路跑參與者－休閒對工作衝突、家庭支持與休閒滿意度之關係，並檢視家庭支持所扮演的干擾角色。本文係以全台灣地區路跑運動者為其研究範圍，並針對全台灣路跑參與者為研究的對象，採取便利抽樣以現場發放問卷的方式進行問卷調查。共計發出490份問卷，總計回收478份問卷，經刪除11份無效問卷，實得有效問卷467份。本研究隨後將調查問卷資料進行敘述性統計、信效度分析、相關分析及迴歸分析。統計分析結果顯示休閒對工作衝突顯著地負向影響休閒滿意度；家庭支持會顯著地正向影響休閒滿意度；而家庭支持並未在休閒對工作衝突與休閒滿意度之間產生干擾效果。本研究結果提供路跑團體管理者管理策略，透過提升成員的家庭支持及降低休閒對工作衝突程度，來提高其休閒滿意度。

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationships among lei-sure-to-work conflict, family support and leisure satisfaction. Besides, moderating effect of family support on the relationship between leisure-to-work conflict and lei-sure satisfaction is examined in this study. This article takes the Taiwan road runner as its research scope, aiming at the Taiwanese road runners as the object of their research, and adopts the convience sampling method to distribute the questionnaire on the spots. A total of 490 questionnaires were issued, 478 questionnaires were collected and 11 invalid questionnaires were deleted and 467 questionnaires were available.
In this study, descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis, and regression analysis were performed on the questionnaire data. Statistical analysis of the the re-sults showed that leisure-to-work conflict had a significant negative effect on the lei-sure satisfaction; family support had a significant positive effect on the leisure satis-faction. Moreover, the results also showed that leisure constraints have not any mod-erating effect on the relationship between leisure-to-work conflict and leisure satis-faction. The results may provide some useful information for the managers of road runner groups to enhance leisure satisfaction of participators through the rising of family support and decreasing of leisure-to-work conflict.
