在社會發展過程中的人類，無論哪個時期，勞動者往往是最容易被人或歷史忽略的族群，然而，對於人類進步的文化與技術發展來說，他們的貢獻是不容置疑。本篇論文以「烈日下的汗水」作為創作研究的主題，主要是因為都市與資訊化下的社會，現代人對於勞動者的關心漸漸地消失，對此而產生的自我思索和反省，藉由實際觀察、學理探討和創作實踐，來探討現代人對於勞動者的關懷與漠視程度，試圖將作品以圖像化的表現方式，經由實際操作呈現出來。
全文共分成五章十節，第一章 緒論， 探討人與社會對勞動者「漠視」的現象，並冀望個人創作來「視覺化」勞動者的辛勞也藉此來傳達給社會大眾。第二章以藝術社會學觀點、台灣勞工的現況報導與相關文學與寫實主義作為學理基礎，著重在藝術如何反映社會問題上並透過文獻與媒體的閱讀，促使自己認識台灣勞工處境，以作為個人創作發展與發想的根本。第三章創作理念及技法，筆者在創作內容中透過造形與表現諸多問題，探討如何呈現「漠視」與「關懷」的創作理念。第四章創作內容分析與詮譯，讓觀者了解創作上的內容陳述與圖像含意。第五章是創作心得的總結、成果分享以 及對未來的展望。
透過此篇創作型的論文，紀錄研究者自身的理念跟想法，而在實踐方面，則 經由圖像呈現以「道路烈士」、「漠視」、「勞動的宿命」和「Manhole Cover」為主題的四個系列作品，說明了勞動者平時工作的忠實體態與任勞任怨、逆來順受的宿命，另一方面則是現代人欠缺對於勞動者的關懷與了解。同時也從寫實主義理論中尋找到自身創作的定位，體悟到其中的關聯和價值。研究者除了將此現況體現之外，更期望能夠給觀者營造，或許無法像政府有多大的影響力，但筆者能透過藝術語言述說，藉藝術語言之闡述對社會表達真心誠意，並希望社會能向上發展。

The thesis is divided into five chapters, the first chapter, investigation of human and social workers "disregard" of the phenomenon, and look to the individual creation "visualize" the labors work should take to convey to the community.The second chapter of art sociology perspective, the status of Taiwan's labor reports and related literature and realism as the theoreticalbasis.focuses on how art can reflect on social issues and through literature and media reading, to promote their own understanding of Taiwan's labor situation, as individuals creative development and think up of the root. Chapter Three creative ideas and techniques, the author in the creation of content and shape through many problems table to discuss how to present the "disregrard" and "caring" creative ideas. The fourth chapter analyzes and interpretation of creative content, allowing viewers to understand the meaning of the image content and presentation creation. The fifth chapter is a summary of creative ideas, to share the results and outlook for the future.
Through the creation of this post type of articles, the researchers record their own concept and idea, in practice, then via the image presented in the "Road Martyr", "Disregard" and "Labor fate" as the theme of these three series of works, Description loyal and hard working laborers usually work posture of submissive fatalism, the other is the lack of modern workers for the care and understanding.
