臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究以多扶事業股份有限公司為研究個案，欲探討社會企業介入長照的定位、運作模式與策略。共分為：經濟市場性、公益擴張性、市場與公益：永續性，三個面向探討。針對長照產業以社會企業發展提出討論與建議。

研究發現為以其三重底線分析多扶，多扶理念確實符合EMES所定義之社會面、經濟面意涵。環境方面在多扶始於2015年1月在地社區經營，持續與社區里長、安養院機構接洽活動。以實際運作面來說，目前多扶仍在持續努力營收翻正，在市場與公益面做平衡之調整。以社企介入長照之運作模式與策略為下列三點分析：

(一) 營運市場之供應需求：多扶民營化力量介入政府的失衡、同時開發多元市場—無障礙旅遊，提供長照喘息空間。再者，多扶跨區接送、醫療成本高，整體服務價格屬中高價位。

(二) 多扶營運擴散化：拓點區位選擇—社企與一般企業差異點比較，有其特殊選擇之考量、其次為雙邊平台、異業結盟、創櫃擴大規模經營。

(三) 多扶營運永續性：多扶豐富的know-how助於服務品質穩定，多扶講求每位每位客戶的需要，給予最人性化服務。在地社區經營，可讓多扶的整體社會形象增加不少分數，推廣接送、輔具銷售、無障礙旅遊的蓬勃發展。

因此，本研究根據研究發現給予相關建議，希望可以讓後續欲往此方向研究者予以意見，以及多扶個案與長照產業轉型社會企業之經營建議。

This research is a case study focusing on the role of social enterprises in long-term care industry, operation modes, and strategies in Duofu Corporation.

It discusses from three perspectives: Economy marketability, Charity expansion, the balance of marketability and charity: Sustainable development. In addition, comments and suggestions on long-term care industry with the intervene of social enterpreise are provided. According to the triple bottom line analysis, the concept of Duofu Corporation is consistent with the definition of the social and economic aspects of EMES. As for the evironmental aspect, in January 2015, Duofu Corporation began operating in local communities.

It keeps working with neighborhood magistrates of the local communities and local hospice agencies. Furthermore, Duofu Corporation currently has been making efforts in righting revenue and in striking the balance between marketability and charity.

In terms of the business model of social enterprise of long-term care, three conclusions are made as follows.

1. The supply and demand of market operation:

Doufu’s privatization ameliorates government’s welfare failure, and it develops multi-markets, such as accessible travel, which provided breathing space. Besides, Doufu provides regional and medical shuttles that cause high medical costs. As a result, the overall service costs a high price.

2. Charity expansion:
To compare the differences between social enterprises and general corporations, Duofu has a prior consideration of appropriate location selection and expansion. The development of two-sided platforms, cross-industry alliance, and GISA to expand the business operation are superiorly concerned.

3. The balance of marketability and charity - Sustainable development:
Duofu has an abundance of know-how experiences. It offers each customer personalized service based on their needs. Its operation in local community can not only increase more positive social image, but popularize the commute medical shuttles, aids sales and accessible travel.

In all, the present study not only sheds some lights on Duofu’s case and the transformation from long-term care industry to the social enterprise but gives some directions for the future studies.
