問題背景:網球選手在擊球中出現不穩定的擊球動作以及運動技術上不易控制的狀況,可能是缺少核心肌群的訓練而導致的問題。並且,在擊球時需要有良好的爆發力來增加移動及回擊球的速度。目的:本研究目的以六週核心訓練及核心訓練與增強式訓練二組訓練介入,探討其對大專網球選手技能表現之影響。方法:本研究以乙組網球隊20名男子網球隊員為研究對象,隨機分為核心訓練組10人及核心訓練與增強式訓練組10人,均進行六週、每週二次、每次60分鐘的體能訓練,二組皆接受相同的網球常規訓練。各組在六週體能訓練前、後皆進行技能表現檢測之差異性比較,以混合設計二因子變異數分析進行核心訓練組及核心訓練與增強式訓練組,兩組前後網球專項能力交互作用是否到達顯著水準,如到達顯著水準將進一步進行單純主效果分析。結果:核心訓練組在核心穩定性、上肢(反手藥球擲遠)、下肢動力及擊球表現(擊球深度、反拍擊球速度)效果皆優於前測;核心與增強式訓練組在核心穩定性、敏捷性、上下肢動力及擊球表現上效果皆優於前測,核心與增強式訓練組在技能表現上較於優異。結論:大專乙組網球選手在經過六週的核心與增強式訓練下,對於網球運動技能的表現有提升的效果。
Background: The tennis player's unstable hittings in shot and difficulties in technique control may be caused by the lack of training of the core musculature. Also, one should have a good explosive force to increase the speed of moving and hitting the ball. Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare players participated in the six-week core stability training with those participated in core stability training plus plyometric training to explore its impact on the skills of collegiate tennis players. Methods: In this study, 20 male tennis players from general tennis team were randomly divided into 10 core stability training groups and 10 core stability training plus plyometric training groups, all for six weeks, twice a week, and 60 minutes each time. Physical training, both groups receive the same regular tennis training. The differences in skill performance between two groups before and after the six-week physical training were compared. The core stability training group, the core stability training plus the plyometric training group were analyzed by the mixed-design two-factor variance analysis. If the significant level is reached, a simple main effect analysis will be further performed. Results: The core stability training group was better than the pre-test in core stability, upper limb (reverse hand ball throwing), lower limb dynamics and hitting performance (hitting depth, backhand hitting speed); core plus plyometric training group in core stability, the agility, upper and lower limb dynamics and hitting performance were better than the previous ones. The core and plyometric training groups were superior in skill performance. Conclusion: After six weeks of core plus plyometric training, the collegiate general tennis players have an improved performance in improving tennis skills.
