臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

近年來建築資訊模型(BIM)發展迅速，但業界對於大學培育相關科系畢業生的BIM專業能力，常有實務上的技術落差的困擾。本研究經選定公私立科技大學共三系的BIM專業課程為研究對象，並以深度訪談法彙集業界與學者專家意見，藉以探討國內業界BIM人才需求現況及所需要之能力本質，希望透過本研究提供學校相關科系檢視現行BIM課程設計，朝滿足業界需要的人才種類，以及提升基礎與專業能力需求，培養更多符合業界需求的專業人才，消弭學用落差。本研究經由文獻探討與深度訪談法，了解受訪者對BIM人才需求的看法與人才需求的能力本質，以及對學校課程安排的意見。
本研究發現，現行相關科系人才培育數量並無法滿足業界對BIM人才的需求，另外畢業生之BIM基礎能力與專業能力亦不足，無法滿足業界對畢業生能力之要求。本研究亦發現三系研究對象的BIM課程設計皆安排於大三與大四階段，不論採必修或選修，皆符合本研究基礎能力與專業能力的階層架構設計。

Recently, while Building Information Modeling (BIM) has developed rapidly, industry is often beset by the gap between students’ expertise concerning BIM and the actual practice in the field. This study selected BIM specialized courses from three departments of three public and private universities of science and technology, respectively, as its subject and compiled opinions from scholars, experts, and people working in the field via in-depth interviews to discuss industry’s current need for talents and the kind of abilities industry requires. Through this study, it is hoped that relevant departments in universities can be galvanized to inspect their BIM course design, so that they can equip students with abilities that industry needs and enhance their foundation as well as their professional skills. As a result, universities will be able to supply industry with professionals who can meet their requirements, hence eliminating the gap between academic study and actual practice. With a literature review and in-depth interviews, this study helps to understand interviewees’ views in terms of industry’s need for talents, the kind of necessary abilities BIM talents should possess, and their satisfaction level with the curricula of their universities.
The findings suggest that not only do relative departments in universities selected for this study fail to train enough students to meet the needs of industry, but students who graduated from said universities also lack fundamental abilities and professional skills. BIM courses are only available in the third and fourth years of said universities; they all align with the layered-structural design for building foundations and cultivating professional skills proposed in the study, regardless of whether the courses are required or elective.
