  本研究乃接續Frankenberger, Weiblen, Csik 及Gassmann這4位學者於2013年提出之商業模式創新4I模型進行的後續研究,並以一醫美集團作為個案研究標的,試著透過對個案於商業模式創新區塊上的質化分析,嘗試完成以下三個主要研究目的:
一、透過文獻探討、個案分析、深度訪談建構服務型新創事業商業模式創新歷程模型。
二、透過分析個案建立的商業模式創新歷程模型驗證Frankenberger提出之商業模式創新4I模型。
三、透過本研究個案分析建立之結論,給予後續研究者就新創企業之商業模式創新研究命題與研究方向之參考。
  而本研究基於對個案的研究實證出以下的幾項結論:
一、新技術是商業模式創新之契機。
二、領域內完成商業模式創新等同創造了一個新市場。
三、競爭的環境與新技術是推動初創企業商業模式創新的關鍵力量。
四、Frankenberger等4位學者提出的商業模式創新4I框架實證為具可行性。
  而在實務上發現:
一、透過商業模式創新可挖掘出飽和市場中的新利基。
二、跳脫舊思維產生商業模式創新將強化企業競爭力。
三、商業模式創新雖不易複製,但卻有可依循的指導方針。
This study follows the follow-up study of the 4I model of business model innovation proposed by Frankenberger, Weiblen, Csik and Gassmann in 2013, and uses a aesthetic medicine group as a case study to try to innovate through business models. The qualitative analysis on the block attempts to accomplish the following three main research objectives:
1.Through literature discussion, case analysis and in-depth interviews, construct a service-based innovation business model innovation process model.
2.Analyze the business model innovation process model established by case analysis to verify the business model innovation 4I model proposed by Karolin Frankenberger.
3.Give reference to follow-up researchers on the propositions and research directions of business model innovation research in new ventures through the conclusions of this case study.
The study based on the case study demonstrates the following conclusions:
1.New technology is an opportunity for business model innovation.
2.Completing business model innovation in a field is tantamount to creating a new market.
3.The key to starting a business model innovation for startup company is competitive environments and new tools.
4.The 4I framework of business model innovation proposed by four scholars such as Frankenberger is feasible.
And in practice, I found:
1.New niches in saturated markets can be tapped through business model innovation.
2.Breaking away from old thinking and then generating business model innovation will strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises.
3.Although business model innovation is not easy to copy, there are guidelines to follow.
