血流阻斷(Blood flow restriction或BFR,血流阻斷)結合低強度阻力運動打破了傳統上認為當運動強度大於1次重複最大值(RM)的65%時,阻力訓練才能誘導肌肉生長。 並且能快速動員肌肉募集,提升運動員運動表現。研究目的:熱身過程中結合BFR對於運動員熱身後的運動表現是否有短期的提升效果。研究方法:以8名健康運動員(年齡19.1±3.0歲、身高164.6±9.3公分、體重64.5± 10.5公斤)為對象,採取平衡次序法實驗設計,分別接受BFR壓強強度為0%、20%、40%、60%股動脈血壓強度,每次實驗之間隔休息兩天。 每次實驗前先測量休息心率、股動脈血壓值,在熱身期間測量每分鐘心率變化,和熱身後休息一分鐘的跳躍能力(高度、最大力量、發力率)。 所有資料以單因子變數分析比較不同壓強下的心率變化和運動表現之間的差異。結果:熱身期間每分鐘心率變化、不同壓和時間的心率變化有交互作用,而運動表現均無達到顯著。結論:相對於0%壓強的血流阻斷,20%、40%、60%壓強隨著時間的變化,心率均達到顯著。並且壓強越大,心率變化越顯著,但血流阻斷結合熱身後,跳躍能力卻無法在短時間內提升。
The combination of Blood flow restriction (BFR) and low-intensity training breaks the traditional belief that resistance training can induce muscle growth when exercise intensity must greater than 65% of the one maximum repetition (RM). And can quickly mobilize muscle recruitment, to enhance athlete sports performance. The purpose of the study is to combine the BFR in the warm-up process for the short-term improvement of the athlete's performance after the warm-up. Research Methods: Eight healthy athletes (age 19.125±3.090 years, height 164.625±9.395 cm, weight 64.587±10.510 kg) were used as objects, and repeated experimental designs were conducted to receive BFR pressure strengths of 0%, 20%, and 40%, respectively. 60% femoral arterial blood pressure intensity, resting two days between each experiment. Before each experiment, the resting heart rate and the femoral artery blood pressure were measured, and the heart rate change per minute was measured during the warm-up period, and the one-minute jumping ability after the warm-up (height, maximum strength, and interest rate) was measured. The comparison between the heart rate changes and the exercise performance at different pressure was analyzed by the method of One-Way ANOVA. RESULTS: The differences in heart rate changes per minute and pressure-time were noted during the warm-up period was noted significantly. However, the performance of the exercise did not reach a significant level. Conclusion: 20%, 40%, 60% pressure with time prolonged, compared with 0% pressure blood flow restriction, heart rate reached significantly, As time prolonged, compared with 0% pressure blood flow restriction, the heart rate of 20%, 40%, and 60% pressure blood flow restriction reached significantly.
With greater the pressure, the heart rate changes was prominent, however the level of jumping ability cannot be improved in a short period of time
